Biography

Alvin Yip is a solicitor at KCL & Partners, admitted in 2026, with a broad practice spanning both contentious and non-contentious matters. His work covers commercial disputes, personal injury, employees’ compensation, matrimonial and private client matters, as well as regulatory and white-collar crime, including investigations involving the ICAC and the Securities and Futures Commission. He also advises on intellectual property across Hong Kong, the PRC and internationally, with a focus on enforcement, commercialisation and cross-border protection strategies.
